Director of Frontline Engagement

Project N95 is looking for a Director of Frontline Engagement that biases towards action and understands how to unlock, enable, and accelerate others, leading by example. This role will be responsible for supervision of the Frontline Engagement Team to manage all functions critical for productivity and effectiveness through direct engagements with the frontline organizations.

A successful Director of Frontline Engagement candidate will be detail oriented, driven, able to engage the leadership team on strategic direction, with an expectation to communicate and energize the Frontline Engagement Team into action.

The Director of Frontline Engagement will be reporting directly to the Executive Director and working closely with the senior level leadership. You will also work closely across all functional teams as the organization continues to rapidly iterate on our ability to execute our mission through empathy-driven practices.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Guide strategic organization initiatives by supervising daily operations and overseeing projects of high importance to the organization
  • Supervise the team of Frontline Engagement volunteers who are engaging and verifying institution needs and coordinate team-wide procedures and workflows to improve existing processes for maximum efficiency and success
  • Supervise Frontline Data Analysis team to ensure a clear understanding of business logic and metrics tracking, which will inform process changes in the Marketplace and Sourcing workflows. Manage standards for data entry and define implications to downstream workflows
  • Supervise Marketplace staff and volunteers; set weekly goals for qualification and marketplace teams
  • Lead and coordinate external partnerships conversations to increase market engagement. Work with Regional / Institution-Type leaders and present ongoing qualification status
  • Manage Frontline Engagement calendar and ensure contact / qualification deadlines are being met
  • Keep Executive Director updated on current team climate (culture, project statuses, new proposals, etc.)
  • Experience in medical device and/or healthcare industry strongly preferred
  • Experience in consulting and operations
  • Have job-related experience, such as working with, managing volunteer programs and large groups
  • Strong interpersonal skills and productive collaboration across varying departments
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven
  • Highly experienced with project coordinating and management of large teams, successfully organizing and leading with sharp time management
  • Ability to analyze and compile large sets of data and present effective reports
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or other applicable post-graduate degree preferred
  • 7+ years’ experience in a leadership/management role
  • Proven leadership in consulting and operations in the medical or healthcare field strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of management principles and evaluation techniques related to programs that involve multiple teams of staff and volunteers
